A time to reflect and look ahead
With another year coming to an end and a new beginning, it is a great time to reflect and look ahead.
In this video we’d like to help you look back with some questions and experiences of our own:
What have you achieved at work in the last year that you are most proud of?
What has added most value to your business, and what have you enjoyed the most this past year?
What is one thing at work that you haven’t enjoyed or feel has held you back?
And challenge you to visualise yourself in 12 months from now to define what success looks like:
Position yourself a year from today, what would an incredible year look like? be specific and think about how achieving this would make you feel?
What is one thing you need to prioritise now to get the wheels in motion? What else may be needed to get you there?
What do you need to let go of (habits, actions, tasks, products, activities, etc.) to create space for your key priorities?
